The SFB has a new look

Our brand new look has now extended to our website and we think you'll find this one a whole lot better!

This is just the beginning. The intention of this site is to create for you, the ratepayers and residents of Sea Point, Fresnaye and Bantry Bay, a central place to access all information regarding this neighbourhood. We will be creating a membership only access area for paid up members of the SFB, with much needed resources and information.

A common misconception is that if you are a ratepayer you are automatically a member of the SFB. This is not the case, and the association relies entirely on membership fees and sponsorship. We are run by volunteers and welcome anyone who recognises the value of community, neighbourhood spirit and working as a team to bring your skills to help grow this organisation. The more volunteers we have on board, the the more we can achieve.

AND.... there is a lot to do!

This neighbourhood is big and very diverse in its residents, architecture and attractions. It also has a fair degree of challenges, many of which are brought to this association with an expectation to be solved. With numbers, there is no doubt that we can tackle many of these issues and with a large support base we will have the capacity to look at exciting projects and improvements across the whole area.
